Extremely courteous and helpful assisting me to troubleshoot and rectify an issue I had with a backup generator that would not start. All of this happily done over a 20 minute period that started a 4:55 pm…no sense of feeling I was a bother for ringing at that time of day.

Recently ,i needed to contact Genelite Salisbury ,for a problem i had with my generator not working .My sparky first spoke to the tech support team with very professional advice in sorting the issue quickly.I then contacted them and chatted to Michael Whittaker ,who is the production manager .He was an inspiration and provided over and above support to me and assisted in giving me a spare replacement circuit board that was surplus to Genelites stock.

Purchasing was easy and they didn't want full payment until the unit was ready to be shipped.
Delivery was exceptional and the couriers worked with me to ensure that the generator delivery went smoothly.
I have just reached out to Genelite to recommend an electrician to install the automatic switch to my home.
I highly recommend this company 👌.

We purchased the DHY8700SE-LRS Hyundai Diesel 8kVA generator for personal use as we live in cyclone prone area and do not ever want to be without power again. It is easy to use/maintain and powers my entire house and my mothers granny flat at the same with ease. Very happy with the purchase.

I purchased a Hyundai DHY8700, read the manual and still wasn't sure, so I rang 1300 Genelite number and spoke to Michael. He listened as I went through all my questions, didn't make me feel like an idiot. He followed up with an email with additional information.
