I just wanted to share my experience with the support team at Genelite. The level of professionalism and the depth of product knowledge across the team is truly impressive. It’s clear they understand their generators inside and out, and they take the time to ensure you receive the right advice and support.
Michael, the Support Manager, stands out in particular. He has a calm, relaxed approach that immediately puts you at ease, and he handles customer interactions with genuine care and patience. Nothing feels rushed, and every question is answered thoroughly and clearly.
Overall, dealing with Genelite has been a seamless and positive experience. Their commitment to customer service and technical expertise really sets them apart. I would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for reliable products backed by exceptional support

Extremely courteous and helpful assisting me to troubleshoot and rectify an issue I had with a backup generator that would not start. All of this happily done over a 20 minute period that started a 4:55 pm…no sense of feeling I was a bother for ringing at that time of day.

From initial contact and discussions with the team, they have been fantastic to deal with.
They listened to what I needed the generator to do and what equipment we needed to operate when power is down.
Purchasing was easy and they didn't want full payment until the unit was ready to be shipped.
Delivery was exceptional and the couriers worked with me to ensure that the generator delivery went smoothly.
I have just reached out to Genelite to recommend an electrician to install the automatic switch to my home.
I highly recommend this company 👌.

We purchased the DHY8700SE-LRS Hyundai Diesel 8kVA generator for personal use as we live in cyclone prone area and do not ever want to be without power again. It is easy to use/maintain and powers my entire house and my mothers granny flat at the same with ease. Very happy with the purchase.

We were surprised how compact the unit is considering the power it generates. We live in a cyclone area on a rural property prone to power outages constantly, we now have peace of mind and have been able to run our whole household with the unit. Now we are always prepared for any loss of supply.Very very satisfied customer.

I purchased a Hyundai DHY8700, read the manual and still wasn't sure, so I rang 1300 Genelite number and spoke to Michael. He listened as I went through all my questions, didn't make me feel like an idiot. He followed up with an email with additional information.
If you aren't mechanical they can help.
Thank you Michael

We have been dealing with Genelite for the past 5 years. The quality of the products and service has been 5 stars. We have purchased a range of custom small portable units to large backup generators for different applications throughout the regional NSW area. Tough products for tough applications. Highly recommended, give the team a call if you need a power solution.
