Special thanks to our design and installation team who worked closely with our delivery contractors to ensure that reliable backup power is available at a critical South-East Queensland dam. The team has installed a robust Cummins-powered 200kVA generator, featuring a 24-hour bunded fuel tank and a Deep Sea automatic start controller, designed to provide dependable emergency power for this vital infrastructure.

Thanks to the installation team and the automatic start controller, this solution is a highly-reliable backup power source.

Transport and Delivery

Transporting and installing a high-capacity generator in a confined or difficult area comes with its own set of challenges, and this installation was no exception. With the limited access to the installation site, our team needed to think carefully about the logistics of moving and setting up the unit. Using a crane, they were able to position the generator in the optimal location, balancing accessibility with protection against the environment.

Each stage of the installation was guided by a commitment to safety by the installation team. This attention to detail not only made the installation efficient but also ensures for long-term reliability, as the generator is completely shielded from the elements, ensuring this generator will provide reliable backup power for years to come.
