From initial contact and discussions with the team, they have been fantastic to deal with.They listened to what I needed the generator to do and what equipment we needed to operate when power is down.Purchasing was easy and they didn't want full payment until the unit was ready to be shipped.Delivery was exceptional and the couriers worked with me to ensure that the generator delivery went smoothly.I have just reached out to Genelite to recommend an electrician to install the automatic switch to my home.I highly recommend this company

We purchased the DHY8700SE-LRS Hyundai Diesel 8kVA generator for personal use as we live in cyclone prone area and do not ever want to be without power again. It is easy to use/maintain and powers my entire house and my mothers granny flat at the same with ease. Very happy with the purchase.

We were surprised how compact the unit is considering the power it generates. We live in a cyclone area on a rural property prone to power outages constantly, we now have peace of mind and have been able to run our whole household with the unit.Now we are always prepared for any loss of supply.Very very satisfied customer.
