Hire Controller / Manager

Genelite is a Brisbane based, privately owned company specialising in the Sales, Hire & Service of Power Generators, Air Compressors & Lighting Towers to the industrial, agricultural, construction and mining markets. Due to the expansion of the rental division, the company is seeking a self-motivated, performance driven person to join the team.

Role:

• Management and control of the fleet consisting of generators, lighting towers and air compressors
• Maintenance and development of the existing client base
• Work closely with management to implement strategies for the expansion of fleet and customer base

Candidate:

• Strong computer and organisational skills
• Strong people and communication skills with the ability to liaise with a range of individuals and build long lasting relationships
• An understanding of the rental industry
• Ability to work autonomously and within a small team

Package:

A competitive base salary with a monthly performance bonus and a fully maintained company vehicle will be offered to the right candidate.
