The challenge for our team was clear: deliver a fleet of generators that could run for extended periods, protect themselves against damaging light loads, withstand tough climates, and provide remote monitoring and control.

The Solution

To meet these demands, Genelite engineered 13 custom-built units with the following features:

• Extended Run Time Bunded Base Tank
  Each unit was designed to operate continuously for up to 6 days without refuelling, reducing servicing requirements and ensuring uninterrupted operation.
• Inbuilt Auto Load Bank
  To protect the engines from harmful light loading, the generators feature an automatic load bank that activates when site load drops below 30%. This ensures the engine always operates at optimal conditions, extending its service life.
• Inbuilt Heaters for Cold Climates
  These units are ready for the cold. Integrated heaters guarantee reliable startup and performance in low-temperature environments.
• Hot Dipped Galvanised Skid Base
  For maximum durability, the base of each generator is hot-dipped galvanised, protecting against corrosion and extending service life in even the harshest outdoor environments.
• Deepsea Control System with Remote Monitoring
  Each generator is equipped with a Deepsea Control System, giving operators the ability to monitor and control the units remotely via smartphone or computer. This remote access capability provides real-time insights and operational flexibility without requiring site attendance.
