Load bank testing ensures reliability.

Get peace of mind and save money on emergency breakdowns by having your generator fully tested using a dummy load bank. For backup power applications, this can be carried out with no interruption to the mains power supply and will ensure that when called upon the generator will run reliably and efficiently.

For Prime power applications, particularly with varying and light loads, a full load test can alleviate the detrimental effects caused by engine glazing – reducing smoke, engine wear and improving fuel consumption.

Load bank testing is available on site or in our workshop and is available for all generator brands including – Cummins, Perkins, Caterpillar, Volvo, John Deere and MTU.
